Rental Policies

Please be aware that several of this policies are dictated by our Owner Association and must be strictly followed. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Reservations

  • Please call or email us for reservations and special deals
  • A reservation conformation will be sent via e-mail
  • Please contact us immediately if you find any discrepancy regarding arrival/departure date, reserved accommodation, rental amount due, number of persons to occupy the property

Rental Restrictions

  • Our condos are subject to the rules of our Home Owner associations
  • No smoking allowed in any of our condos. Eviction and forfeiture of rent as well as additional cleaning charges may apply in case of violation
  • No pets are allowed in any of our properties
  • The maximum number of our guests per condo is limited to the actual sleeping capacity for that unit. At least one of the guests must be 25 years or older and must personally supervise all occupants under 25. Any reservation made under false pretense will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction

Deposits, Payment & Tax

  • Published rates include all utilities
  • A cleaning fee and tax will be added to the rental account
  • A deposit is due within 7 days after reservation is confirmed. This deposit will be applied to the rental amount. The balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival date
  • A security deposit is required, which will be refunded in full if the home is left undamaged and the lease terms are not violated

Cancellation Procedure

  • Reservations can be cancelled 45 days before your arrival. The reservation deposit minus a $50 booking fee will be refunded
  • A cancellation that occurs in less than 45 days before the check-in date will typically result in forfeiture of all payments made to date. We will refund payments only in exceptional situations when we can book a new reservation for the period
  • There is no refund for early departure or bad weather. We will however give a refund for cancellation or early departure if the area is under mandatory evacuation

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM (Late check out fee may apply if one doesn't)
  • Please leave the condominium reasonably clean and damage free. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the unit is not left in reasonable order
  • Before departure, we would greatly appreciate it if you could:
    • Start the dishwasher
    • Dispose of the trash
    • Gather all of the bed linens and towels and deposit them on the bathroom floor
