Reservations can be cancelled 45 days before your arrival. The reservation deposit minus a $100 booking fee will be refunded
A cancellation that occurs in less than 45 days before the check-in date will typically result in forfeiture of all payments made to date. We will refund payments only in exceptional situations when we can book a new reservation for the period
There is no refund for early departure or bad weather. We will however give a refund for cancellation or early departure if the area is under mandatory evacuation
